These Terms describe the rules for using the Services. Our Privacy Policy at https://khudio.com/privacy describes how we handle personal data.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of khudio — including https://khudio.com, related subdomains (such as application and authentication services), and any software, content, or features made available through them (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are operated by an individual ("we", "us", "our", "Operator") in a personal capacity, not by a registered company or other legal entity, unless we state otherwise in writing.
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms are intended to govern use of the Services. They do not expand our obligations beyond what applicable law requires, except where we expressly commit to more in writing.
2. Who we are
In these Terms, "khudio", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the individual who operates the Services. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and the Operator.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. The Services
khudio is a web platform that may include a public website, user accounts, security settings, and access to applications or projects we publish or host. The exact features available to you depend on your account status and the products you use.
The Services are provided on an individually operated basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available, meet your requirements, or be free of errors.
5. Accounts and security
To use certain features, you must register an account with a valid email address and password, and/or sign in through a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for:
- keeping your credentials confidential;
- all activity that occurs under your account;
- notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may offer additional security options (for example, two-factor authentication). We recommend enabling them where available.
We implement security measures that we consider reasonable in the circumstances for an individually operated service, but we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain unverified where verification is required.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services (including automated abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service activity);
- reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Services except where permitted by law;
- upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and maintain the Services.
You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use and share it.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, branding, and documentation (excluding your content), are owned by the Operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, Google Sign-In or external project websites). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
10. Fees
Some parts of the Services may be offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will present applicable pricing and payment terms before you are charged. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Availability and changes
We seek to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, personal capacity limits, or events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime, delays, or data loss.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where permitted by law, continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account deletion where that option is provided in the application settings.
If you confirm account deletion, your access ends immediately and your account is soft-deleted as described in our Privacy Policy at https://khudio.com/privacy. We are not obliged to delete every copy of your data instantly from all systems, including backups and logs, where retention is permitted or required by law or technically necessary for a period of time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Services is no longer reasonably possible (including if we discontinue the Services). Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, subject to any legal retention obligations.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not provide legal, tax, or professional advice. Any information made available through the Services is for general purposes only.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or inability to use them.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) EUR 100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country where the Operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.

17. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Services, except for any separate written agreement we expressly enter into with you.
